Characteristics: the Sicilian salad tomato is among the first Italian cultivars, it is the classic summer tomato grown directly in the Etna areas at the foot of Mount Etna and is harvested from June to August.

It is characterized by its large size and round-flattened shape, the skin varies from green to red, depending on the time of harvest, and very thin in fact it is very easy to peel.

Recommended: Used for the production of sauces and salads.

Properties: Sicilian salad tomato has organoleptic properties. The tomato plays a fundamental role in the well-being of health, rich in fiber concentrated in the peel and seeds.
