RED PUMPKIN: GRANDMOTHER’S QUICK RECIPE

  1. Remove the peel and seeds from the pumpkin, rinse and cut into pieces
  2. In a pan, make a small sauté with: extra virgin olive oil; garlic to taste; add chopped sausage if you prefer
  3. After the sauté (remove the garlic if you don’t prefer) add the pumpkin and mix everything
  4. Mix and cook over low heat with the lid on
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Cooking time approx. 20-30 min
