FEATURES: The mini watermelon is characterized by being smaller than normal watermelons with a variable weight ranging from 1.5 to 3 kg maximum. Red, crunchy and sugary typical Sicilian summer fruit, with a sweet and dissenting taste.

Produced with the collaboration of Colleroni.

Colleroni S.r.l, based in Pedagaggi (SR) specialized in the production of watermelons in the area of Pachino and Marsala. These are characterized by being smaller than normal watermelons therefore, they can be stored without any problem also allowing easy consumption being smaller. They are already available in the period from April to June.

WATERMELON STORAGE: Watermelon available online should be stored in a cool place, preferably in the fridge. Open the watermelon and slice it, keep it by cutting it into cubes and removing the peel in food containers, even better if put in a colander, so as to allow the water dripping from the fruit not to ruin it and then put in the fridge.
