Peculiarity: pistachio Easter Dove that we recommend and we do not exaggerate in saying that it is one of our favorites. It is characterized by being tasty and moist at the right point, rich in delicious pistachio cream, so much so that after the first bite it is difficult to stop!

Description

Traditional Sicilian Easter Dove with pistachio available for online purchase.

Ingredients: flour 0, sugar, butter, egg yolk, mother yeast, skimmed milk powder, pistachio chocolate (sugar, totally hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils, palm kernel fats, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed and corn), whey powder, skimmed milk powder. Emulsifier: soy lecithin, dyes (curcumin, cupric chlorophyll). May contain traces of nuts.

Filling ingredients: sugars, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, pistachio 20%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural dyes : E100, E141.
