CHARACTERISTICS: The orange candies (made from organic orange peel from the Scollo company), are nothing more than candied Sicilian orange peel fillets covered in very fine dark chocolate. They represent a typical Sicilian all-natural candy dessert which is also widely used in Sicilian pastry for decorating cakes (enriching ricotta cannoli, pastries, etc.).
