HISTORY: In the southernmost corner of Sicily, we find the typical Sicilian Almond. Due to its winter flowering, it is a cultivar that proliferates at low altitudes. The temperate climate and the specificities of the soil of Avola, mean that the almonds grown in this area are a concentrate of nutrients and well-being, which nutritionists recommend consuming daily.
PRODUCTION: The Munafò company, specialized in the processing of almonds at 360 degrees, where the production and packaging of pure Sicilian Almond paste takes place, guarantees that at every stage of processing all the precautions necessary to maintain high standards of quality are put in place, that aim to offer not only the best of Sicilian almonds, but also a perfect union between history and tradition of a territory through the excellence of quality. The pure almond paste is produced by artisanal processing and is packaged immediately after preparation.
