HISTORY: In the southernmost corner of Sicily, we find the typical Sicilian Almond. Due to its flowering in winter, it is a cultivar that proliferates at low altitudes. The temperate climate and the specificities of the soil of Avola mean that the almonds grown in this area are a concentrate of nutrients and well-being, which nutritionists recommend consuming daily.
